Executive Producer, Co-Director, Writer

The first time a sitting world leader participated in a VR project is here, in Cut-Off VR, an immersive experience that allows its user to sit side-by-side with Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as he visits Shoal Lake 40, a First Nation in Canada without access to clean water.

This intense, emotional, VR experience lets its user sit face to face with the youth of both Shoal Lake 40 and a community called Cross Lake -- then battling with a suicide crisis -- to hear "first-hand" what life in isolated First Nations is like.

Cut-Off VR was showcased at both TIFF and VIFF. It was produced in collaboration with Telus, the NFB, the CFC, and Occupied VR.
